Simple and easy to use. Straight forward and removes the technical details from interface. Allows me to have access to anywhere without being 'watched'.

Thanks to Inkognito for providing us with detailed feedback on our software.

We do work closely with users to add software of their choice to the PingFu client application launcher. Most applications/games are added within 72 hours of request - some take a little longer being
harder to download and setup/test. Our support forums are the perfect place to post such requests.

Allowing users to contribute application settings without our checking them manually would lead to a lot of confusion, and hence avoided by us.

We are working hard on finding ways to make adding new applications easier - as well as making the existing ease of use (mentioned by you as being at a high level) even higher. Some of those will be visible soon - if you have ideas on other ways we could improve those, feel free to suggest them to us by email, or at our support forum.

Thank You,
Art of Ping Team

PingFu Iris is lacking manual configuration feature to enable tunneling via soft that isn't included in list. I'd suggest adding uploading feature to client so that users could manually configure their software to work with PingFu and to be able to upload the settings to the web. This way list would grow long fast enough and with reviewers it would prove the efficiency of newly adding softwares. For instance.
On the other hand, ease of use is at very high level with the feature of selecting program that would load the settings automatically. We no longer need to set up every soft to work with another soft manually, that makes big leap saving our nerves.
